I've been sewing most of my life, and have taken pride and pleasure in the work I did but I never had as much fun as I do when I see the smiles I get from one of my girls when I give her a present with her name embroidered on it. I put the same care and pride into each piece of work I do for my customers that I do for my family.
I started custom embroidery as a hobby in 2007 when my first granddaughter, Courtney, was born. It was fun customizing everything for her. Four months after Courtney arrived her cousin, Annalise, was born. Have you ever seen the name "Annalise" on anything? I haven't. So I did even more embroidery as my family grew. Of course, I did some monogramming for myself and my husband now and then. Soon my friends wanted customized gifts for themselves and their loved ones and things started getting busier and busier. Then I had two more granddaughters!
